Payment

Payment is due at the time of your appointment. Methods of payment accepted currently are credit cards (including Flex Spending Account cards) and Venmo. In order to ensure the highest quality care, Dr. Feinberg does not participate with any insurance panels, and is an out of network provider. A bill will be provided with the necessary codes that you can submit to your insurance company. It is recommended that you check with your insurance company to inquire how much of the fee will be reimbursed.

Questions to ask your insurance company when inquiring about Out-of- Network Benefits:

  • Does my plan cover out-of-network behavioral/mental health?
  • What are my out-of-network mental health benefits?
  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it?
  • Is the amount paid to me based on the doctor’s actual fee or based on what is considered reasonable and customary?
  • Is there a limit to my coverage?

I have registered with Reimbursify, a company that helps you streamline out of network provider reimbursement.
